RE:RE:Quiet through Sept 5thI agree. Although I suspect they have been slowed down as the Government has yet to finalize the Clean Tech tax credits from the last budget. It has certainly been stretched out from what I initially expected. From what I now understand, the public comment period just closed last week. I expect final rules will take sometime to publish (1 to 3 month -> my guess). Perhaps they can announce some form of congingent or tentative deal but suspect final contracts (assuming one will be forthcoming) would require clarity around those tax credits. That said it certainly feels like the news flow has stepped up and no reason to think that won't continue. Hopefully we will hear more soon.
