Hezbollah pagers blowing up in Lebanon. Rocket attacks. And now Israel takes out multiple launch sights. A new phase of the war is starting- with Hamas largely at its knees in Gaza, now attention is turning to Hezbollah. Irans proxies are in a tough spot. What will Iran do? The real politics here are ugly.

Its likely that this will drive gold up in the near term. Silver to follow. But, also possible that oil will creep up, or slow its decline at the very least.

Gold is at 2610. Silver at 31.27.
