Its Montalva property (1,747 acres) is a large utility-scale solar and battery storage building with an initial size of 80 MWac or 160 MWdc, located in the southwestern coastal area of Puerto Rico. Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

RE:Correction

Personally, I don't really care about all of the internal apparent self-dealing, as most penny stocks are known for that, and all stocks are designed to make insiders rich long before the common shareholders. Just the way it is.

What I am interested in is the potential for any of GRB's projects to get off the ground, and IMO, that just looks really bleak right now. Something will likely get done eventually, just not sure if or when the common shareholder will benefit.
