I suppose a company doesn't need a transfer agent if its shares aren't trading and may never trade again.

As you mentioned Odyssey has not been their agent since November 2022 which is right after the trading halt of October 2022.

With this information and the lack of anything coming from AUSA, do you or anyone else reading this think AUSA will trade again?
