The then CEO of Reliq Health, Lisa Crossley, has just filed insider trading reports that are 12 to 18 months after the trade dates. This is gross criminal negligence as she sold approx 1/2 of her holdings of 3 million shares while heavily promoting the co.

Please prosecute this individual.
