Berman holds the cards if it does go teats up, as he has first call on the assets, I beleive. REKR continues to sell equity and borrow to stay aftoat. Not a great business model. But there are some bigger institutional investors that hand in.
Trailing 12-month revenue is $42.4M (+59%, which is impressive). But, trailing 12-month EBITDA is -$33.5M VYA of -$35.3M. There have been virtually no signs that the ship is about to turn around. This is in stark difference to QTRH.
