Sorry about that! - I will usually just post the minimum clip necessary to enable readers to find the original post I have challenged, disputed, or added more or new research. All the Re Re Re Re makes it difficult to find the original for those who don't choose to ignore, and the minimum clip is to avoid offence. As far as ignores go, I usually have none, even the 'bash' or 'pump' or 'shorty' ones; I just skip over the names after their themes become known and just pay attention to the ones who post info of substance - even if I don't agree the opinion, or if the info is just incorrect.
Stated facts in any post can be either verified or challenged, and any challenge should be welcomed. It could be a learning exercise.
