It operates two SAGD oil production facilities within the same Tier-1 reservoir at Hangingstone, situated 50 kilometers (km) south of Fort McMurray in Northern Alberta. Its Demo Asset is located 50 km south of Fort McMurray, Alberta. The Expansion Asset and Demo Asset (together the Hangingstone Facilities) have a Tier-1 SAGD reservoir.

* the SHAREHOLDER RIGHTS PLAN ALREADY had to be OPERATIONAL {APPROVED by the shareholders and regulators} when they CAME OUT of the SPAC PROCESS and were VERY VULNERABLE to OPPORTUNISTIC PREDATORS
