DearLOLYou really can't blame anyone for thinking the Cavco trailers might be going on Sage Ranch lots, if you simply read GRB's last news release:

" Cavco is a designer and builder of manufactured homes in North America. Greenbriar has an immediate pipeline of 4,500 entry-level sustainable homes. "

Those 4500 homes includes Sage Ranch, does it not?
