for a big reit portfolio or levered its good money. maybe hundreds OF K OF SWING

It feels good

but we want more

after this historic wealth destruction in the sector over CPI

we must all unite has a team and try to maximize our wealth

its why we show up everyday

its too hard to predict what can happen 6m-12m from now

but next 3 to 5 months...we need to place our bets

DO REIT continue a bull run, or are we swinging downfast as we ran up on some macroBS
