ValOre Metals Corp. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company has interests in exploration projects in northern Canada and Brazil. Its principal exploration and development focus is on the Pedra Branca Platinum Group Elements (PGE) Project in northeastern Brazil that hosts palladium (Pd) + platinum (Pt) + gold (Au) mineralization. The PGE Project comprises about 45 exploration licenses covering a total area of 51,096 hectares (ha) (126,260 acres) in northeastern Brazil. In addition to this project, it holds uranium exploration properties in the Provinces of Saskatchewan, as well as the Mangabal Project, which is located in Goias State, central Brazil that hosts Ni-Cu-(Co) mineralization. Its Hatchet Lake Property consists of six mineral dispositions totaling 13,711 ha, located adjacent to the north-eastern margin of the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan and 3.5 kilometers (km) northwest of its Genesis Property. The Mangabal Project is located in Goias State, central Brazil.
