The NR Says SR is 995 homes and Cardero 3.500 so GRB has a "pipeline to 4,500 homes".  So much for approved contractor. That approved contractor that he won't identify won't build without cash upfront.  No way so forget it unless GRB parents up with Jeff bezos.

Saying that VOYA approved them last year is a big difference from saying VOYA will advance them two cents unless they know the money they loan will be paid back fully plus Interest on time!   Without a lawsuit -and the chances of that is .00002%.

LOL - I bet there's never been a detailed survey to prove that there s a demand for housing to justify a 300 SR never mind 995!   When was the last study done on demand and who did it.
