Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Artis common shares outstanding 2019-2024 and change in EVDec31st 2019'  141m @ $11.75  : $1.66B
Sept20th 2024  105m @  $7.81  :  $0.82B

Total Liabilities went from $2.73B to $1.83B

EV went from $4.39B to $2.65B, a reduction of $1.74B

Total Assets went from  $5.33B to $3.51B, a reduction of $1.82B

EV has more or less followed the book value of the assets during the 5-year period.
Hopefully, those assets have kept their market value also.
