Hi Sonoffergus,

I did finally watch the Brookfield Investor Day video and it certainly does make sense that we are likely at the bottom and money is starting to flow back to CRE.

The bombshell for me though is that Brian Kingston did not present for the real estate group. Some guy who I had never heard of, Ben Brown, did the presentation. I could be wrong but I do not think Bruce Flatt even referenced Kingston's absence in his remarks.

I have made many posts on my views on Kingston's poor leadership and now he is suddenly not at Investor Day..surprised, but not surprised!
