RE:RE:Is it alright to rethink, my rethink of my original rethink?
Hey Frankie, hope that chronic gave you some knowledge (as my housekeeper in Jamaica) used to tell me.

With regards to the debt wall, let me slightly ellaborate a bit. I well know and understand that the debt (while affecting most all Reits) affected some Reits obviously more so than others. My commentary was not aimed at indidual Reits but more as a sector as a whole and how that sector as a whole was impacted and therefor perceived by the markets. The "sector" was beaten down for a number of reasons, one of them the overwhelming debt wall and as such it aided in the percipitous drop of the entire sector, not sure many (even stronger ones) were spared. So while some didn't have to worry per say of their existance, they still succumbed to share price pressure, the baby and bath water comes to mind.

With regards to the office subsector, well, still not entirely convinced it is an area I would chase after. I am sure "eventually" there will be a recovery, to the exact extent, can't say. If you are really long term, I won't argue it presents value here.

Maybe if I had some chronic I could get a little more insight............................which reminds me of a hilarious T-Shirt I saw........................

I drink and then I know things...............................Take care,

DZ
