Great post highper, as usual. Over a number of years I've invested fairly heavily in both AMK and TUO. When these types of very consequential decisions are being made I look to management for who I can trust to do what's in my best interest as a shareholder. I won't share any details but In this instance, for me anyway, it's no contest.
