RE:RE:60 years the DEA HAS LIED ABOUT MARIJUANA They should sue the DEA, the DEA without chevron no longer has a legal leg to stand on, The HHS, FDA VP Harris President Biden and Trump 38/50 states are all for rescheduling cannabis. Even President Nixon the person who made cannabis illegal said its was done on false pretext. DEA is foolishly prolonging illegal Cannabis which was placed on false pretext, the DEA knows it and is road blocking and preventing the will of the people. Anne Milgram should be ashamed and fired for her job at the DEA.
