RE:RE:RE:RE:DJTThis stock/company hasn't been in a down trend for 1.5 years because Karl feels "wronged" or that I visit once in a while for a laugh.. get real..!
 I used to believe in management at one point too.. that's why I bought shares of PHM years ago.. but when the profitability kept getting pushed out and management stated no profits for 2 years, even before the "investigation" I decided there was little to no upside here and got out.. with profits I might add..! 
When management telegraphs the inevitable stock direction, why criticize us for recognizing it, and taking steps to lock in profits..? 
Looks like Denile is more than a river in Egypt.. :-/
