i-80 Gold Corp. is a mining company. The Company is a gold and silver producer engaged in the exploration, development and production of gold, silver mineral and poly-metallic deposits. Its operations include Lone Tree, Ruby Hill, Granite Creek and McCoy-Cove. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Lone Tree and Buffalo Mountain gold deposits and Lone Tree processing complex (collectively, the Lone Tree Project). The total land package of the Lone Tree property consists of approximately 12,000 acres. The Ruby Hill Project is an advanced-stage development project with residual heap leach production, located within the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend. It owns a 100% interest in the Granite Creek gold project located at the intersection of the Getchell gold belt and the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Humboldt County, Nevada. It owns a 100% interest in the McCoy-Cove project. It holds a 100% interest in the FAD project located along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Eureka County, Nevada.

You can be assured the company is not issuing shares right now.

A note to the shorts: Richard Young mentions in the Interview I mentioned on earlier post: "we will be articulating our plan moving forward to the markets within about 60 days".

I think this was a subtle way for him to letting us know we're close. Without technically disclosing anything improperly (yes, reading between the lines a bit) but, logical.

within this move forward plan, I would not be shocked to learn of a finalized JV deal. in fact, I expect it. The news will be what the "real" market & investors will want to hear, and the response will be validation of derisking, and swift. I expect back to range of 52 week highs likely.

remember this: Drill rigs are turning. Additional resources are going to be added. News will keep coming. Gold is steadily climbing

right now shorts trying to keep pushing IAU head underwater but, time for all this nonsense is limited.
