RE:RE:Northvolt...that's nastyYouknowwhat,
Workers being seriously injured and/or three Northvolt workers mysteriously dying after a shift and even Northvolt possibly going bankrupt has nothing at all to do with Northern Graphite Corporation.
We know NGC does not sell battery grade graphite in any notable quantities or at all; and soon, NGC won't be mining any graphite from what is a nearest to entirely depleted historical graphite reserve at Lac des Illes.
"Sprott" is comfortable with NGC enirely mining out the remaining graphite from LDI at an ever increasing loss and "Sprott" is likely seeking to negotiate a deal with some other company willing to absorb some or all of the remaining NGC assets.
There is no new graphite "reserve" at Lac des Illes. It was just another lie on the part of Hugues Jacquemin, Gregory Bowes, Cam Birge et al.
Preliminary this and preliminary that; and yet, no effort towards actually proving up what is merely claimed.
Where did the Quebec government funded $400,000.00 go?
NGC needs to come up with it's part of the $800,000.00 drilling program and the creditors ("Sprott") are simply not willing to lend any additional monies to NGC. Hugues Jacquemin et al are the greatest obstacles to any form of success here taking place.
A couple of d bags and employed other d bags decided to prime and pump the NGC share price recently, likely in order to get one of their clients out whilst dumping those equity positions to those now holding those worth less NGC.V bags.
The company is clearly not able to issue equity at current price points and would have to undertake some "predatory" and therefore quite discounted equity offering in order to raise requisite capital.
A company like Eight Capital would have to be called in to underwrite what would be the "guaranteed short" type discounted equity financing initiative.
It would be an equity financing necessarily discounted (30%) to the prevailing closing share price on the very day that such an equity financing initiative would be announced; and to boot, occurring during this tax loss harvesting season.
Nothing good comes NGC's way
