Details of the Court hearing relating to the withdrawal of the Touchstone Scheme
Further to the announcement on 18 September 2024 that Trinity was seeking the permission of the Court to formally withdraw the scheme of arrangement relating to the all share offer from Touchstone (the "Withdrawal"), and that a Court hearing had been scheduled for 25 September 2024 (the "Withdrawal Hearing"), Trinity announces that the Withdrawal Hearing will take place before the Insolvency and Companies Court at 11 am on 25 September 2024 at 7 The Rolls Building, hearing room 9, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, with Judge Prentis presiding.
A further announcement will be made following the conclusion of the Withdrawal Hearing.
