The only saving grace between the DRX sale and this sale is that Hammond actually sold to another investment group that wants a position in the company, where as the DRX owner used the companies cash to buy the shares. I think I favor more shares owned by more share holders than what DRX did and because of that I also sold all of my DRX holdings and moved on.
I bought shares this morning of HPS even though I am a little frustrated with this share sale. Hopefully it works out.
