RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Government Renews Seabridge Gold's License of Occupation If the LoO is in effect they are unable to explore that piece of land. I think the fact that they are fighting this shows that it DOES impact their plans.....I think the PEA will show this.

They would have had to provide the core to TUD for the holes drilled on the TC ground. Why is the MTT route an issue for TUD until it has definitive mine plans? Just carry on with exploration unimpeded.
