There appeared to be some serious buying around 10.50 AM - 11 AM at $130 level and looked like buyers were some PM's or institutions.
I tend to agree... bottom seems to be in. Let's see how stock closes today.

When I checked with my brokerage, this morning, they did not get a piece of this Secondary offering. It's possible that Acumen/Canaccord allreday had a huge demand from their private/institutional clients.

Take a look at the chart of POWL ( Powell Industries - US based) in the same segment, which has lot of similarities with Hammond Power, including the major founder shareholders - their ownership and approach to nominal share sales. ( I own POWL shares )
