Star Diamond Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

I agree. Newmont's position has dropped. Rio's percentage will also as we dilute to finance thru to the FS but Rio has an opportunity to match any offer that comes Diam's way. That speaks volumes and IF we are lucky that day MAY still happen. I'm holding out hope even though is hurts to watch at todays share price.

News is coming on financing shortly. That is, if they get it done. Diam has just enough cash to make it into Q4. That is just around the corner.
