I also sent an email to the BC Front Counter email asking the same questions...

It seems with the election happening much has been dissolved and not really currently functioning so may take a while to get answers....

This is the email for the honourable Josie Osborne. The minister for energy, mines and low-carbon initiatives. I raised my voice questioning the poor release of the information(Tudor not knowing), and also brought up how this brings forth a poor reputation for a safe mining jurisdiction and continued investment interest amongst other things. Rudy and Ken.... merge the companies and make a behemoth.
