Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. I have to agree with MWM. On the occasion of the AbbVie deal, Howie already ‘promised’ that Sirona would become profitable. Since then, exactly nothing has happened. On the contrary, they are obviously struggling with challenges in the search for money (no wonder). Now the next announcement that Sirona is to become profitable. And how many times have we heard that they are in talks with God knows how many companies... 
 
Sorry, but I just wonder if Howard and Chris themselves are not aware by now that they have completely gambled away all their credibility. The fact that sentences are then written like ‘... and we greatly appreciate your trust and confidence’ simply leaves me speechless and is in itself a slap in the face for every single shareholder.
 
I look forward to the next general meeting, which will probably take place on 25 December at 9:30 in the morning (rumour has it that it will be particularly inexpensive because they have to watch the costs...).
