Is there any reason to keep holding this weak REIT?

Is there any reason to keep holding this weak REIT?
  • Low yield
  • Repeated testing of the eleven-ish low
  • Almost no reaction to interest rate cuts / impending cuts
  • Makes lower highs
I have lost patience with it and want to put my money to work in something better than a total return break-even stock. Anyone else wish to comment?
