RE:Here is the tender form we send inThanks Kcac1, that looks simple enough. I haven't gotten anything in the mail, and I don't see anything (corporate action) online in my account yet.    If that's all we have to do, and we can do it online, that seems simple enough.  

Also, it seems I could be wrong on how Pro-Rate could work.  

Nothing in the 50+ pages that was sent out describes how Pro-Rate will be calculated???
