The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

Anonymous trading Has been controling the price around $1.12 during the past few weeks. 
Hard to say what is really going on, they are doing all the selling often to bring the price back to $1.12 as soon as it tries to go up. 
Are they really selling or just cross trading shares between different accounts?
Is this for accumulation purposes before the next leg up?
Easy to manipulate a stock like this when there is barely any volume.
