The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hey numb nuts, most people here realize you don't pay attention to much of anything but perhaps maybe key in on the back end of the curve. In case you missed it (surprise surprise) the ten year has been steadily climbing since rate cuts, probably close to 20 bips higher now. While not earth shattering, unlike you, it likely has caught others attention.
