Your are not too concerned, but I think there are two thngs that are indeed bad.

For one thing SEAs press release was able to stop the wonderfull run of the SP (regardless of th substance and impact of the alleged descion).

And then it is quite unfortunate (to say the least), that such a decision by authorities is not documented and shared publically. My understanding of the rule of law is that that transparency and the possibility to challenge offical decsions is essential.

Apart from that I totally agree with you. Not much has changed, but the SEA's press release is capable of giving the impression that it has. And I guess that was it's intention.
