RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Dundee Corporation Announces the Sale of 8,000 Shares of TauRx Pharmaceuticals Ltd. for Proceeds of US$1 Million
The announcement stinks as the announcement of this relatively small transaction makes no sense.
Could it be that management, before closing the third quarter on Monday, wants to substantially increase the "value" of its holdings in TauRx?
If so, for what purpose?
If management really want to proceed with thier concept of Dundee 2.0 (mining exploration/production), TauRx does not belong in it.
Either sell it if you can find a buyer for one million shares or transfer TauRx into a new unit and give it to shareholders (about one share of TauRx for every 90 shares of DC.A held).
Those who have confidence TauRx will succeed could keep it and increase their position buying from those who are not convinced on the merits of TauRx and would cash in their shares.
Everybody would get exactly what they want.
