Resignations were effective the day of the news release so they're no longer considered insiders. that means it won't be reported if they buy or sell.

I also saw nothing in the NR to suggest that their shares are locked up, only that they have to vote in favor of the Board

Q3 results are to be reported two months after the end of Q3 so end of November
