My (admittingly superficial) reading of TUD's press release is that, given the fact that there is no document available, they can not do more than announce that once SEA starts to act on the alleged decision they will start fighting it in court.
It's all very unfortunate because SEA's PR has created a kind of dilemma: A lack of judical clarity is not good for a solution by a buyout. And no deal with some big whale will increase the pressure to get a courtroom decsion. Round and round it goes.
I am afraid this will prolong the situation that we had the last months.
