I've always seen Ucore as a hyperspeculative stock. Over the last 15 years I've typically lost money on my purchases. I've learned to limit the size of my bets on UURAF. The stock certainly has a long history of nonperformance. The only constant has been the management making out like gangbusters with their high executive salaries. Years ago I researched one of the company's management team and got to a picture of his sprawling home. I would guess it must be paid off by now while Ucore still is a company of largely plans and "just wait until". The reason for returning to the table at this time is that I think we are maybe at some kind of support based on chart of the last several year, not because of fundamentals. If those improve, that certainly would be supportive.
