I think Cunningham will pay the nominal amount of $300,000 for a few reasons.  1) It is a tiny amount of money, 0.1% of the purchase price, 2)  They agreed to pay it so if they dont AMK will have to sue them for it and I have to believe that Nugget Trap placer claims are worth at least $300,000, at least to Cunningham, 3)  It will keep the price of AMK shares inflated.

In my view, this is Cunninghams last chance to move this back over 30 cents.  Volume will be high.  But as time passes and Cunningham does not have $207.2 million, it will eventually go back into the teens imo.
