Howie already proven he will dilute at 0.10. as per his most recent failed attempt. Again, not even a passing nod to the SkinMedica. He always pumps the next molecule after failure with the last. Hunting for more investor victims is a short term strategy to stay afloat. Deliver income and promotional videos are not needed.
