The Company has a 60% interest in Treaty Creek gold project, located in northwestern British Columbia, which is host to the Goldstorm Deposit, a large gold-copper porphyry system, as well as several other mineralized zones. The proposed tunnel route runs directly through the center of the Goldstorm deposit. They very literally could not have picked a worse spot. I have also deduced through Seabridge technical documents showing a cross section of the tunnel at approximately 900-950m elevation and comparing to Tudors press release cross sections, the tunnel would pass through the mineralized zones of the deposit as well. 

Quite simply, there is no way this proposed route can go foreward. The entire tunnel plan will have to be re-engineered and designed, which would likely impact the feasability studies completed by Seabridge. These will all have to be redone and approved when the time comes to actually get this thing permitted (which it is not at the moment).
