RE:RE:RE:Insider buying? WOW, falling off his own wallet Harley103,
I am not trying to spin anything.
The fact is that it's not a regular occurrence when an insider buys company shares and a positive news release is disseminated very soon thereafter.
Also, I have been a NGC.V shareholders for too long now. you suggesting otherwise, especially given all that I have stated here quite clearly, makes you look plainly silly - and I am being kind about how I said that Harley103.
"Excellent assets" you say?
Alas, once upon a time maybe. At least that was just one of the many lies told to we NGC" minority" equities investors by Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Cam Birge et al.
We've come to really see the actual value of such assets since Huges Jacquemin et al have been managing this company, i.e. such assets are now and had always been worth less to anyone other than people who wanted to milk dry any remaining worth and concurrently compensate themselves unreasonably well while booking quarter over quarter and year over year immensely increased losses and also ensuring to have annihilated the equity value of we NGC.V "minority" equities investors.
Yes. Those assets are so excellent that nobody and nobody's cousins want anything to do with this failure of a company, i.e. nobody other the current NGC creditors of course.
This company is unprofitably operated and has been since having been founded and most especially after it was renamed Northern Graphite corporation and the main creditor ("Sprott") took control and determined exactly of how these remaining assets would be exploited.
Certainly the Lac des Illes mining license is worh something to the main creditor, "Sprott"; and perhaps said mining license and the old processing facility could even be worth considering for a certain comparatively most solid "start-up" graphite bearing lands developer and would be graphite mining company currently exploring and proving up the graphite finds present at several of it's project lands locations, lands which are conveniently situated in very close proximity to graphite project lands held - perhaps not for much longer - by Northern Graphite Corporation.
Ultimately, Eric Sprott could seek to have his long bought and paid for "Marionettes", i.e. collectively Huges Jacquemin, Guilluame Jacq,Greggory Bowes, Cam Birge et al., ensure to move, in one way another, what you call "assets" (they are currently more so "white elephants" than anything else) into yet another company; especially given the current advantageous (not advantageous for you, I and other equally targeted NGC.V "minority" equities investors) and nearest to entirely annihilated NGC.V share price points.
It's called "a take under" and the company to which such assets would be moved into would likely also have "Sprott" as one of it's largest creditors or the largest creditor and primary aggressive supporter of such an Northern Graphite Corporation "take under" maneuver being successfully consummated.
We note that Eric Sprott or any other "Sprott" representatives full well know that even at current NGC.V share price points, CAD$0.07, Northern Graphite Corporation officers and directors simply have "no takers", i.e. there are no companies and capable persons willing to participate in underwriting an NGC.V equity offering at anything other than expressly further discounted share price points to the current NGC.V share price; thus guaranteeing the designated "friends", fully serviced clients, business associates and/or various "employed others" concertedly operating in lockstep co-ordination with such a predatory equity financing provisioning underwriter the specific opportunity to further profit from what would be an orchestrated as "guaranteed" selling short opportunity.
I know you are bitter about how this played out Harley103.
Understand that of all people, I do know where you are coming from and why you are bitter.
We lost our monies here, due in great part to intentionally told lies.
I refer to lies and the severe fiscal damage incurred by we quite intentionally targeted NGC.V "minority" equities investors; all this due to actions and/or the lack there of directly attributable to Huges Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Cam Birge et al.
By the way, I'll kindly inform you of the fact that you mistakenly utilized the word "dribble" when you should have employed the proper word, drivel.
You are welcome.
