They claim to not defend the company but somehow they have never even addressed any of the multiple huge issues with NXO.

No communication from company past 1 year
All products failed and abandoned or waiting on eternal commercialization.
BoD getting huge salaries for nothing
90M dollar shareholde deficiency
No more tech employees / Kevin quit 2023
No operations happening past 6 months
Not 1 comment on the above points being true which pretty much seals the fate of this so called company.
They just want to silence shareholders and hope they can do a reverse split ...release some bogus partnership or other fluff news and try to attract a new generation to invest in NXO PP so they can keep paying themselves huge salaries for doing nothing.
Well you can bet If they try that ill be here posting a reminder of what that company has done to its shareholders past 7 years.
