they are sitting on a goldmine with the 7 mill repriced options at 1.75 which have appreciated almost 4x times over at current price..,so why would they be so stupid to buy shears on the open market..thx to Marc Lustig and MMCAP's votes that made all that possible and who are now being rewarded large..
I believe that 5 mill of those options are held by top management and if you do the math at todays stock price ,,that's a Kool 20 + Mill windfall in mahagement's pockets.
