You see!  That's the problem.
 
That is a very bold statement for which I can find no basis in the scientific literature!   So the debate seems to be between the scientistic community that has studied the question and political hacks who have alternative motives beyond honestly informing the public.
 
So, who to believe?  Scientists have collected and measured observations, recorded the data, analyzed the result with other recorded data, and published for peer review their findings.  On the other hand, you have politically motivated propagandists who have no training in science, conducted no investigation themselves, and cite bits and pieces of remarks that when lacking content might seem to lend support for their nonsensical fallacies.   
 
Could you possibly tell us when you think the earth was “born" and what were the conditions for the first 4 billion years and please don’t skip “Snowball” Earth in your reply.
 
BTW - Zero Hedge is known for misstatements and misleading “journalism".
