Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. You are likely correct on the Total Numbers. I see that Stockwatch has an issue that started on Friday afternoon. The numbers I posted were only up till around 2:00pm or so.

I have tried to get the final numbers and the system is now showing no Trades at all for Friday.

Will keep an eye on it and post the Accurate Numbers once they are available.
