* Tesla could release free IP and Nano still could be the winner.

* other companies have to figure out a solution because they cannot buy Chinese batteries and sell them profitably in N. America.

* other CAM strategies could be just as effective but doesn't mean nano can't thrive

* Nano will produce 2000 tons and will sell this to someone. At a loss, likely, but will still happen. The Grant money is tied to conditions (expand production).

* it could still be a better deal to go with Nano / Worley than to use free IP and start from.scratch.
