RE:RE:The company is now as good as deadIC has taken millions out of this company since startup. Why would he repay a loan now?
I understand now why Nelson is no longer the COO, At the 2023 AGM he was very impressive, but he obviously did not understand how to get certfied in Manitoba, and hence 4 months after delivery, STILL no production. Also he probably was owed a lot of money, and needs to pay the bills.
The company has been teetering on backruptcy for a while now, and under EESTOR actually got to zero cash. I know, as I brought in a Chinese group, who had just placed over a billion RMB in a technology company in China. They laughed at me when they they saw the balance sheet. Now the balance sheet is once again a "laugher". Being dependent on a bureaucratic company like Manitoba Hydro is never a great plan. Maybe someone will ride in out of the wilderness to finance the certification, but I would not bet on it. They need to show that this system actually works, and then needs fast contracts. 10 orders could save the company
