I googled HPQ Materials and HPQ Silicon pops up more often than not. Who else in Canada could that be referring to? HPQ's
materials: Isn't Fumed Silica, QRR, SiOx and even their Hydrogen stuff materials of 3N siicon???
Didn't Bernard mention applying for gov't grants several times especially last interview?
