A Contrarian Play?

A Contrarian Play?Could this be the time to revisit this? Most seem to be overlooking their success in Canada but if it can replicate that in the Netherlands , it can garner some serious interest. Of course most will wait to see the actual results but the real money should be made early, if at all. If successful, the European market would look inviting too until the U.S. is ready.
