So it's basically customer service,! Something they fall far short of and to take some of the cash from the Roger's deal and spend it on something they should be doing already is preposterous.

case in point, customer wanted bell services and had to miss work for two days because bell never showed up first or second time, with no explanation or apology to the potential client, they are now starting a two year service contract with Shaw! Is that what they mean by techo?
