Majestic Gold Corp. is engaged in mineral resource exploration, development and extraction. It operates the Songjiagou open pit gold mine in the eastern Chinese province of Shandong. Songjiagou Gold Mine covers over 75.04 square kilometers in Muping, Yantai, Shandong Province, China. It has four separate tenements, including E36/918, E37/1334, E63/2110 (Kumarl) Tenement and E77/2817 (Moorine) Tenement. These tenements are located in Western Australia, an area with demonstrated potential for the discovery of lithium oxide mineralization. E36/918 tenement has been granted and consists of two blocks located 150 kilometers (km) North of Leonora, about 50 kms north of Leinster, along the east side of the Kathleen Valley. E37/1334 tenement has been granted and consists of six blocks located west of Leonora township, 200 kms North of Kalgoorlie and 700 kms northeast of Perth, in the Goldfields region. E77/2817 (Moorine) Tenement consists of eight blocks located 400 kms east of Perth.

I have once again created colorful figures for the production/evaluation.

Timeline:

- Q3 end of November 2024 - confirmation of production of 9000 ozs and thus probable confirmation of total production of 34,200 ozs for 2024. Is probable because the production estimate for 2024 was renewed with the Q2 figures 31.08 and Q3 was already 2 months old at that time.

- Anual results 2024 end of March 2025 - overall confirmation of revenue and net profit for 2024. Clarification whether there will be a second dividend for the 2024 financial year from PRG and whether MJS will also pay out. Results of the drilling results from the surface mine

-- End of February 2025 - completion of the mine acquisition - when will information be available?

- Q1 end of May 2025 - confirmation whether the 10,500 ozs predicted in the CP 2025 has been achieved

-- Update of the CP with the expected production for 2026 and update on the mine expansion - when will there be information here?

- Q2 end of August 2025 - half-year results clarification whether there will be a first dividend for the 2025 financial year from PRG and whether MJS will also pay out.

My Take:

Q3 end of November

20 million net profit for the group I think is very likely as production for Q3 and Q4 was confirmed when Q3 was already 2 months old.

Anual results end of March 2025

I think a second dividend of another 0.07CAD is likely as the net profit share of MJS fundamentally supports this and the cash reserves are very high and the cash flow will continue to grow.

CP update with production figures for 2025 and 2026 by the end of May 2025 or before ?

If production for 2026 is stated at the level of SRK production for 2025, then MOON, LAMBO and whatever other memes you know :)

The nice thing is that many of my extremely bullish assumptions could be confirmed by the end of May.
